This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Le Petit Chocolatier Belge online store operated by Synaxis Foods Sweets and Chocolates – L.L.C – O.P.C.
تنطبق سياسة الشحن هذه على جميع الطلبات المقدمة عبر متجر لو بتي شوكولاتييه بيلج الإلكتروني المملوك والمدار من قبل شركة سينكسس فودز سويتس آند شوكليتس ذ.م.م – شركة الشخص الواحد.

2. Delivery Method

All orders are delivered through approved logistics and courier partners.
يتم توصيل جميع الطلبات من خلال شركات الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية المعتمدة.
Where appropriate, temperature-controlled transportation is used to preserve product quality and food safety standards.
يتم استخدام وسائل نقل مبردة أو متحكم بدرجة حرارتها عند الحاجة للحفاظ على جودة المنتج ومعايير سلامة الأغذية.
3. Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are delivered on a next-day basis.
يتم توصيل جميع الطلبات في اليوم التالي.
Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.
يجب تقديم الطلب قبل الساعة 4:00 مساءً للاستفادة من خدمة التوصيل في اليوم التالي.
Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

Orders are generally processed Sunday through Friday.

During Ramadan, holidays, product launches, promotional campaigns, or other peak periods, delivery times may be extended.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any anticipated delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
يتم عرض رسوم الشحن أثناء عملية الدفع وقبل إتمام الطلب.
All applicable charges are presented transparently before purchase confirmation.

5. Product Care & Temperature Disclaimer

Our products are crafted using premium chocolate and confectionery ingredients which may be sensitive to temperature and environmental conditions.

Customers are encouraged to:

We are not responsible for deterioration occurring after confirmed delivery due to improper storage, delayed collection, or exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions.
لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي تلف يحدث بعد التسليم نتيجة التخزين غير المناسب أو التأخر في استلام الطلب أو تعرضه لظروف بيئية غير ملائمة.
6. Customer Unavailability & Failed Delivery
6. عدم توفر المستلم أو فشل التسليم
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
في حال عدم توفر المستلم وقت التسليم:
• The order may be returned to our facility
• قد تتم إعادة الطلب إلى منشأتنا
• Re-delivery may be arranged where possible
• قد يتم ترتيب إعادة التوصيل عند الإمكان
• Additional charges may apply
• قد تطبق رسوم إضافية
Any re-delivery fees will be communicated to the customer and approved before a new delivery attempt is arranged.
سيتم إبلاغ العميل بأي رسوم إعادة توصيل والحصول على موافقته قبل ترتيب محاولة توصيل جديدة.
If incorrect or incomplete delivery information is provided, we shall not be responsible for resulting delays or failed deliveries.
إذا تم تقديم معلومات توصيل غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة، فلن نكون مسؤولين عن أي تأخير أو فشل في التسليم.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
7. تعديل أو إلغاء الطلبات
Orders may only be modified or cancelled prior to dispatch.
يمكن تعديل أو إلغاء الطلبات فقط قبل إرسالها للشحن.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected.
بعد إرسال الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاؤه أو تعديله أو تغيير وجهة التسليم.
8. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided during checkout, subject to the customer's right to inspect the goods and report any issue in accordance with this policy.
تنتقل مخاطر الفقد أو التلف إلى العميل عند التسليم إلى العنوان المحدد أثناء الطلب، مع احتفاظ العميل بحقه في فحص المنتجات والإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة وفقاً لهذه السياسة.
Proof of delivery provided by the courier may be used as evidence that delivery occurred.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights granted to consumers under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
لا يوجد في هذا البند ما يحد من أي حقوق ممنوحة للمستهلك بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك الإماراتية.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect their order upon physical receipt.
يجب على العميل فحص الطلب عند الاستلام الفعلي.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should notify us as soon as reasonably possible and no later than the same day of physical receipt.
إذا وصل المنتج تالفاً أو معيباً أو غير مطابق للطلب، يجب إخطارنا في أقرب وقت ممكن وفي موعد لا يتجاوز يوم الاستلام الفعلي.
Customers may be required to provide:

Failure to provide sufficient information may affect our ability to assess the claim.

Where a valid claim is confirmed, an appropriate remedy may be provided in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

11. Peak Season Policy

During Ramadan, Eid, public holidays, promotional campaigns, and other high-demand periods:

• Delivery windows may be extended

• Cut-off times may be adjusted

Customers are encouraged to place orders in advance during these periods.
يُنصح العملاء بتقديم طلباتهم مسبقاً خلال هذه الفترات.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights available to consumers under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
