These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Le Petit Chocolatier Belge website and services.

Le Petit Chocolatier Belge is a brand of Synaxis Foods Sweets and Chocolates – L.L.C – O.P.C.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Prices displayed at the time an order is placed are the prices applicable to that order.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights granted to consumers under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
لا يوجد في هذه الشروط والأحكام ما يحد أو يستبعد أي حقوق ممنوحة للمستهلكين بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

10. Governing Law
10. القانون الواجب التطبيق
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
تخضع أي نزاعات تنشأ فيما يتعلق بهذه الشروط لاختصاص المحاكم المختصة في إمارة أبوظبي، دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
